Do you apply to jobs for me?
Only with your OK. We prepare everything, and you approve each application before it is sent. We never mass-apply with bots: that gets accounts banned and annoys employers.
How do you know a job is really open?
We check each posting on the employer's own careers site before we show it to you. If a job closes, we take it off your list. If we cannot check a job, we say so instead of guessing.
Where does my letter come from?
From your resume and the facts you confirm with us. Every line traces back to something you gave us. If we are unsure about a number, we ask you first.
Will my current employer see this?
No. Your workspace is private and your portfolio page stays hidden until you choose to share it. We never post anything for you.
Is there a match score?
No. We tell you plainly why a job fits and what it asks for. Fit is our best read, not a hiring chance.
